Composed of :

• Piping for liquid sugar reception from delivery trucks (can be sanitised independently from the tanks)
• Liquid sugar storage tank of 15,000 litres (useful) to feed mixing tank automatically
• Mixing tank of 5000 litres (useful) mounted on weighing scales connected to a process controler to monitor the recipes with input/output to the PLC
• Manual scale to weight and feed the flavours in the mixing tank
• 3 stage flash pasteuriser (4000 litres / hour. Recovery of 88,4 %)
• AIRWELL system for cold water production (glycol) with Freon
• 2 Buffer tanks of 5000 litres (useful) each
• Electrical cabinet with SIEMENS S7 PLC and touch screen
• Refrigerated room for storage of ingredients (Door, Sandwich insulation panels, freon refrigeration system)
• All valves , pipes, pump, stairway
